All original artworks are a reflection of our time and space of people in Bangalore. The majority of art works are abstract in nature, they represent space and light. They also represent journey toward the inner spaces.
Some of the portrait works represent our time and space in our country “Doing safe work seems to be the current trend which I am keen to break, as artists we need to move into those directions which haven’t been explored and are not considered as safe art” says Ranji David. All the art works are also for sale.

About Ranji David
Ranji is a theatre practitioner for the last 16 years in Bangalore. He has completed
* Devising, Moving Body, and Theatre for Change from the London International School of performing Arts (LISPA).
* Clowning and Mindfulness from N2N, Emerson College, Essex, UK
* Theatre for Social Change from the Dartington Center, UK.

Having done is course from CKP, he has also done his specialization in impressionistic painting from Moscow. He was previously heading the Learning and Development Center of TechMahindra, Bangalore for 6.5 years in his 15 years of corporate stint. He is also a Playback and Forum Theatre practitioner, and uses tools of psychodrama and sociodrama in his workshops. He has conducted workshops in UK, Switzerland, Netherland, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, and Singapore and has most recently launched “The Nothingness Workshop” which combines the principles of Zen, Tao, and Theatre in Italy and Finland. He is a TEDx speaker on the theme “Unlearn the Familiar”. He has also performed at the Edinbrugh Fringe Festival at Scotland, at the European Theatre Festival at Devon, at the Indian Festival at London Hall, at Theatre Purpur at Switzerland, at The Atelier at Netherlands.

Inauguration by Kannada film Director Pawan Kumar on 13th October at 6pm.

Exhibition is on View from 13th to 16th October 2016 | 10.30 AM to 7.00 PM
