Sreeramya Anand, the younger daughter of Smt.Usha and Sri.S.Ananda Krishna. Sreeramya Anand shwed keen interest in art forms like music, dance and painting right from her childhood years. She participated in the district level Krishna Vesha Spardhe at a tender age of 18 months. She won the first prize for 5 consecutive years for different Krishna roles that she played, marking the beginning of her artistic journey. Sreeramya Anand started her formal Bharatanatyam traning at the age of 10 in Tumkur, under the tutelage of Guru Smt.Bala Vishwanath. She completed the Junior grade Bharatanatyam exam conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board with a first class under her guidance. Relocating to Bangalore for her engineering course brought her good fortune of learning under Vidushi Karnataka Kalashree Smt.Revathi Narasimhan. She went on to complete the Senior grade Bharatanatyam by the KSEEB with a first class. Sreeramya Anand has a number of dance programmes and achievements to her credit.
