VR Entertainers and SMTA India Chapter presents “Offbeat 2017” 

The specialty of this program is that OFFBEAT always show cases the Local BANGALORE TALENTS. This time the theme is showcasing the lyricists who have given the popular songs of hindi cinema. This is musical tribute to the lyricists of hindi cinema in aid of differently abled.

Offbeat singers are multitalented from Ghazals, Bollywood, Multilingual songs, Classical, Folk songs and so on. They are classical trained and local artists.
They have given more than 1000 shows all combined in the country and also Abroad. Offbeat recognizes such talents and that is one of the aim of Offbeat is to show case local talents from Bangalore.

The performing singers:

Sinchan Dixit, Samanvita Sharma, Shruti Bhide, Rumana, Yasun Khan, Manoj Vasisht, Govind Kurnool & Aniket Pradhan

The show anchored by Jyothi Kunjoor and Dr Vasudha Theertharam

VR ENTERTAINERS, a trust which is an initiative for Offbeat program and net proceeds of the show is being disbursed to the charity organizations of the mentally challenged, residential home and workshop. VR Entertainers have also supported other small fund raising charity events and will continue to do so for the charity organizations.

Organizers Rtn Rajeev Kulkarni and Rtn Dr Vasudha Theeratharama.

An electrical Engineer by profession, Rajeev Kulkarni is also president of SMTA India Chapter (Founder chairman) which is a non profit from USA and caters to organizing technical events for the engineers to gain advanced manufacturing technologies.Being a musician by passion, he organizes a lot of events n India and the USA to raise funds for children and mentally challenged citizens.

Dr Vasudha Theertharam is an Ayurvedic physician and Nutritionist. She is hosted several TV shows in Chandana and Zee kannada and anchored more than 100 music and other shows till date. Her passion for music has made her raise funds for many charitable organizations as she herself has an intellectually challenged son.
