15th of April every day is observed as Malnad Day. On the ocassion various programs are being orgnised on different topics like Malnadina Bashe (Language of Malnad), Life Style, fairs, summer, winter, river, mountains, food, culture, Literature, Politics, social activities and much more.
This year Malnad Day, Malenadu mitra vrunda, Bengaluru is organizing Nenapina Buthi. Smt.Tara noted actress and the heroine of movie Kanooru Heggadithi will share her experiences during the shooting of the movie Kanooru Heggadithi which is based on the novel “Kanooru Subbamma Heggadithi” Authored by Kuvempu.
