Baked Potato Productions presents “SCHADENFREUDE ” a Play

Directed by Prarthana Gupta
Playwright: Debdeep Chattoraj, Siddharth Mandrekar Rao, Alistar Bennis, Aishwarya Palaparthy.

The human mind is the most mysterious thing. One missed impulse or an aberrant chemical signal could change everything. Inspired by true events, Baked Potato Productions brings you “SCHADENFREUDE”. Come watch this almost poetic ode to the human psyche that is bound to leave you shocked, scared, confused and strangely satisfied.

Actors:
Alistair Bennis: Considered by many to be one of the most intense actors out there, and with a personality to back that claim, watch Alistair enthral you with his skills.

Aishwarya: She makes the stage her own while she’s on it. That’s one of the many reasons not to miss her act and be left spellbound.

Parvathi: She built her brand when she acted in vagina monologues, and she’s going to do it again! Watch her leave you speechless with her wit and beauty.

Aman: A new entry on the theatre circuit, Aman has the potential to be one of the most versatile actors out there. Don’t miss this wonderful debut.

Lavanya: She’s sugar, spice and everything nice! She has a flair for the stage that will leave you envious of her skill. Watch her do what she does best in Leviathan!

Balaji: From the loudspeakers at Jayanagar to the stage at Jagriti, he’s come a long way. Watch him entertain you with his skills. You’re sure to be left in splits!

Ashwin: He can pull off any role given to him, and he loves to change lines on stage last minute! Do come and watch him act for a truly spontaneous performance.

Yunus: A new entry on the Bangalore theatre circuit. A very exciting talent, this is one debut you would not want to miss.

Musicians:
Siddharth Bharadwaj: Before he amazes you with his musical ability, he’ll make you doubt his sanity by spinning a punn on you. Watch his fingers weave magic on his flute which reminds you of haunting memories of lore.

Ajay George Joseph: Probably one of the very few plays to use a guitarist in its musical pipeline. Once you watch Ajay in action, you’ll know exactly why he’s the best!

Vignesh Iyer: Want to hear Carnatic music against the backdrop of a murder story? Come watch Vignesh in action, you’ll wonder why you hadn’t thought of it before!
