“The Desi Culturethon” – a walk in Indian attire

Inner Wheel Club of Bangalore South in association with Karnataka Tourism Board is organising “The Desi Culturethon” – a walk in Indian attire

The participants will flaunt their love for culture and handlooms and complete 3km and 5km in any Indian attire. Participants can enjoy a live medley of musical hits after their walk. The proceeds of the walkathon will be used to restore a 103 year old Heritage Government Model Primary School building in Attibele and a toilet block for Government Higher Primary School in Dommasandra.

Honorable Mayor Mrs. Padmavathi has consented to be the Chief Guest and will flag off the event.

Since its formation, the club has been pursuing community service activities for the betterment of the lives of the underprivileged, unfortunate and downtrodden sectors of the community. Entry fee: 350 for 3 km, 500 for 5km
