Sahil Jagtiani

Wondernow album launcH + Conscious Dining

Sahil Jagtiani, will showcase songs from his new album “Wondernow!” at a very unique event at The Humming Tree, Bangalore. To promote a healthier and more holistic lifestyle, the event will be serving special catered Wholesome Vegetarian dishes & Non-Alcoholic Mocktails to satisfy the soul. Its the 1st time in Bangalore where such a evening is happening alongside contemporary rock music & lyrical ballads to engage a mainstream audience.

The Humming Tree encourages original music and stand out events like this one in order to help India’s musical talent shine through in the best possible way. “Wondernow!” is Sahil’s 22nd studio album and even though the album’s core theme is Rock, many additional sub-styles such as blue, jazz, folk, pop and fusion have also been incorporated in many of the songs to keep the listeners spell bound from start to finish. Each song’s lyrics have been meticulously written keeping the theme in mind and each melody has been created so that its easily hummable. Without a single profanity, the album expresses emotions that are very real and profound giving the listener a lot more to think about in life. Some of the topics covered in the album include love, heartbreak, addiction, deep introspection, karma, turning over a new leaf and making a difference. Yet the album is not at all preachy and the youth as well as the older generation will be able to relate to it. The fast paced guitar licks, catchy tunes, thumping drums and focus on live acoustic instruments set this album apart from music currently in the marketplace. Not only is it a breath of fresh air but also one amongst a few good English Rock albums to come out of India. Sahil Jagtiani, the founder of SSJ Productions, has over 16 years of experience in the music industry, having worked with Times Music, Sony Music, HMV Saregama & Universal Music. His debut album Avataran sold 100,000 copies worldwide! He has done concerts all over the globe including at the MIR Hall in Russia, at the Kala Ghoda Festival in Mumbai, the International Conventional Centre in Taiwan, in Kuwait, in Thailand, in Lagos, Nigeria for the iMeditate Africa Celebrations, in front of 2.5 million people during the Art of Living Silver Jubilee Celebrations in Jakkur Airfield, Bangalore & in front of 3.5 million people during the Art of Living’s World Cultural Festival at Noida, Delhi NCR! On the night Sahil Jagtiani will be performing all the songs from the album as well as a few popular covers & an instrumental track to keep the crowd entertained for the evening. Accompanying Sahil on stage will be Bibhu on Drums, Ram on Lead Guitar, John on Keyboards & Shreekant on Bass. The show starts at 8pm and will go on for 2.5 to 3 hours. The Humming Tree
