Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium is introducing a new programme entitled “Celebration of the Month” for the benefit of the teachers. Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium plan to celebrate the Birth anniversaries of scientists or the scientific events that had taken place in that month.

This month, they are celebrating Ernest Rutherford’s birth anniversary on August 30th. The programme basically focuses on discussing the contributions of Ernest Rutherford in the field of Nuclear Physics using some analogous experiments.

Eligibility : Science Teachers
No. of participants : 40
Registration is Free
Interested teachers must register on or before Tuesday, August 29th, 2017 over phone or by email – info@taralaya.org. A maximum of 40 teachers can be accommodated on a first-come-first-served basis.
