Suren Makkar/Blindnight:
Suren Makkar is a designer and electronic musician based in Bangalore. As Blindnight, he employs an almost visual approach to making music built on sample driven instrumental hip-hop aesthetics, where the coherent and absurd go hand in hand. Jumping from motif to motif, the common thread becomes Makkar’s ability to displace sounds from the musical and sonic contexts – creating a soundtrack that sounds like a post 3AM YouTube binge.

Black Letters:
Black Lettersis alternative/electronica act from Bangalore. Their debut album “Shapes on the Wall” is one of the most well received modern rock albums in the country. Black Letters have been featured in over 50+ international radio stations like Croyden Radio, Amazing Radio, EGH Radio, Uckfield FM, The Shift Radio, across UK, US and Australia.

Since then they have taken a turn from their previous arena rock style to an electronic dream pop influenced sound with their EP “ Petrichas” which was released in 2015 which was rated as one of the best EPs of the year by Rolling Stone Mgazine. Having toured across the country and played many major festivals, Black Letters will be recording and releasing their highly anticipated album in 2017. The first single and music video from the record was released on Overfeed Recrods on September 8th to both critical and public acclaim.
